UCD Architecture is at the forefront of architectural and urban design, both in Ireland and internationally. It plays a central role in society, leading innovation and development on every scale. The Architecture course at UCD offers a means to engage creatively and constructively with society. If you have a capacity and passion for creativity, for making things through technological invention or artistic experimentation, and you’re excited by the idea of designing buildings, urban environments and landscapes, then this course is for you. The design process is central to Architecture, harnessing the mind’s analytical and creative powers to produce innovative solutions to everyday and future challenges.Key Fact: We are the only college in Ireland with professional accreditation/substantial equivalency from RIAI, RIBA & NAAB.

Admissions Requirements
High School Diploma with 3.5 / 4.0 GPA and 1200 SAT or 25 ACT and one AP score 3 or better. Additional requirements: Math: A in senior year HS math class with 4 years of math taken or 530 in maths section of SAT or 21 in maths ACT or D in college/university math class.

The Student Contribution Charge is €2,000.Please note that to be eligible for the Free Fees scheme students must first qualify for the EU fee rate. Length of Course: 3 Years BSc (Architectural Science)(Hons)(NFQ Level 8) + 2 Years (MArch)(NFQ Level 9) or 4 Years BArchSc (Hons)(NFQ Level 8). Application deadline for EU students is February 1.
