The programme of Dentistry is aimed at educating dentists, which is a state-regulated profession. It’sdesign is in accordance with the general requirements for the integrated studies which are set out in thevalid legal documents of the Republic of Lithuania and are also fully consistent with the requirements laiddown in the European Directive 2005/36/EC. The programme in Dentistry encompasses compulsorysubjects of theoretical and practical teaching. Each discipline tries to maintain a balance between thetheoretical and the practical approach in order to maintain the level of university education.

Secondary school diploma or its equivalent and entrance examination.
If an applicant has taken either the SAT Subject Test in Biology E/M or the MCAT test, not earlier than 2 years before the submission of the application, the applicant can apply without taking the entrance examination (the SAT and MCAT scores remain valid for 2 years).
