Become a changemaker and address global challenges with the University of Agder’s Bachelor’s in Global Development Studies. This three-year, full-time program equips you with the knowledge, critical thinking, and practical skills to navigate the complex world of international development.
Understand the Issues: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the root causes of poverty, inequality, and underdevelopment. Explore critical development theories and frameworks, analyzing social, economic, political, and environmental issues in a global context.
Develop a Multidisciplinary Lens: Learn from diverse academic disciplines, including sociology, anthropology, economics, political science, and environmental studies. This holistic approach allows you to understand development challenges from various perspectives.
