Admissions Requirements
Secondary School certificate with mathematics and chemistry or biology subjects listed (original document and sworn translation into English or Polish) with Apostille or legalized by the Polish Embassy, Health certificate including a clause that the student is in good health and there are no contraindications to study at University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszow at Faculty of Medicine, Nursing program, Certificate of vaccination against hepatitis B, Eligibility certificate in which it is stated that candidate has the right to apply for admission to any tertiary institution in the country under which educational system his/her High School Diploma was issued, Scan of the passport and 1 Photograph 35×45 mm.
