Strategic Diversity and Inclusion Management
Profile
You know that Diversity is an integral element of today’s life, and by including different talents and viewpoints, society, individuals and organizations can flourish. You want to learn more about concepts like gender norms, LGTBQIA+, mental health and anti-racism, as well as create spaces to discuss intersectional identities and social positions related to gender, race, age, religion and disabilities. You want to study how inequalities are built within society and acquire deep understanding of feminist, postcolonial and queer theorizing to create effective diversity management practices, which hold the potential to transform society’s institutions.
Each module in the Diversity Management course at Karlshochschule opens up a new and exciting world. When I look at the module overview, I can see how my course contents are logically interlinked and how this provides me with a much broader spectrum of Diversity Management.
