The MA programme in Religious Studies is designed to provide the opportunity for students to study the religious history of Europe in depth from a number of perspectives. It combines the systematic approaches of Religious Studies and Historical Anthropology with the methodological tools of the Cultural Sciences and Philology to analyze religious phenomena in Europe’s complex and pluralistic societies.

Admissions Requirements
Applicants should have a bachelor degree with a major in Religious Studies, Jewish Studies, Islamic Studies, Classical Philology, Byzantine Studies, Theology, Cultural Anthropology, History, Social Sciences. Applicants from non-anglophone countries should provide proof of English proficiency. Application deadline for non EU students is July 15.
