The programme introduces students to the core areas of general international law, including sources, international responsibility, international organisations, and human rights. There is ample room for elective courses (about half of the programme) and the wide variety of electives allows you to design a programme to match your specific interests and ambitions.The programme allows students to combine their study of the theoretical aspects of international law with its practical application, for example by participating in the Amsterdam International Law Clinic or in the various moot court competitions.

A bachelor's degree in a related field is required. Applicants from non-anglophone countries must provide proof of English proficiency (TOEFL 100 and IELTS 7.0).Admission Deadline: April 1
