Robotics is emerging to be a technology that change the society as we know it today. It will be a prime technology in factories of tomorrow that defines how automation will be made. The future will see more about customized products and automation solutions which make use of robots will need to operate in a flexible way together with people. In industry we are talking about the 4th industrial revolution which change the way we work with automation and robots. And this goes beyond manufacturing with smart robots not only in smart factories but will also find a place such as services in homes or health care applications.The Master program in Robotics and Automation will provide you with all knowledge and skills necessary to how to design and use robots. This will include fundamentals around modeling and analysis, simulation techniques to mimic robots in a virtual environment, and programming robots both as virtual ones and in real life. We have an up to date robotics and automation lab with modern robots of the same type as used in industry. Many courses include laboratory exercises where you will work with equipment related to the course such as robots, sensors or PLC systems, or all integrated which will provide you with state of the art knowledge and hands-on experience. Our laboratory is also used in research project, most of them in collaboration with industry which provides opportunities to meet people from industry, maybe your future employer.

Admissions Requirements
Applicants need a bachelor's degree with a major in computer engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or Industrial Engineering and Management.Applicants from non-anglophone countries must provide proof of English proficiency.Application deadline for non EU students is January 15.
