The programme includes two specializations; Road vehicles and Rail vehicles. The Road vehicle specialization includes all road vehicles with a main focus on cars, trucks and buses. In the Rail vehicle specialization, the system aspect is very important, as the different parts of a railway system – vehicle, track, electrification and signalling – all strongly influence each other. The Vehicle Engineering Programme is taught in English and is based on lectures, assignments, simulations and experiments. An illustration of the programme outline is given below.

Admissions Requirements
Applicants need a bachelor’s degree with a major in vehicle, mechanical engineering or similar programme with sufficient theoretical depth and good academic results. Applicants from non-anglophone countries should provide proof of English proficiency. The application deadline for non EU applicants is January 15.
