The aim of this award is to provide relevant, professional education for students on all aspects of the planning, marketing, and management of events and public relations programs in this multifaceted industry. Graduates can expect to find employment in a variety of event, PR, and entertainment enterprises, including conference and convention centers, charitable non-profit organizations, national and regional tourism organizations, hotels, public relations firms, event management agencies, sports and leisure centers, community development organizations, arts and music festivals, multinational companies and public sector organizations.
Tuition Fee – the Department of Education pays tuition fees for all full-time students who are citizens of a Member State of the EU and who meet the residency requirements. Most full-time undergraduate students will be covered by the Free Fees Initiative scheme for their tuition fee. Students from Northern Ireland or Great Britain do not have to pay tuition fees to study in the Republic of Ireland. All students are liable for the Student Contribution fee: €3,000. Application deadline for EU students is February 1.

High School Diploma with a minimum GPA of 3.0 plus: SAT score of 1000+ (1800 prior to 2016) or ACT composite score of 22 and above or 2-3 Advanced Placement Examinations in relevant subjects with grades 3 and above OR 2-3 SAT subject tests in relevant subjects with a minimum score of 600 in each.
