Graduate of the undergraduate study programme of Public Administration will have acquired sufficient knowledge of public administration and got acquainted with research methods. Graduate will be able: to think critically and analytically; to solve problems of organization management, and to set strategic directions of the organization activity; to assess the possibilities of effectivity increase; and to select optimal human resource management methods. The graduates of study program of Public Administration can work in various capacities: in the public, non-governmental, and a private sector. The professional roles of Public Administration can cover the national, European, and international levels. The potential professional roles of Bachelor of Public Administration: manager, analyst of public policies, expert and assessor, advisor and consultant, specialist, operational staff, auditor and controller, developer and implementor of projects and programmes, inculcator of changes and innovations, initiator and leader of the restructuring of the public sector, etc.
