Profile
Develop your art practice in a supportive, collegiate and nurturing environment, thanks to our student-centered approach to research, learning and teaching.
This course embraces all forms of art practice and celebrates the inherent diversity in each student cohort, including:
- sculpture
- painting
- photography
- drawing
- printmaking
- audio and video
- performance
- installation
- work in the public domain
You’ll have the opportunity to work across the traditionally medium‐defined boundaries imposed by many fine art programmes. In this highly interdisciplinary course we encourage interaction between disciplines by exploring visual knowledge and expression across a range of platforms.
Throughout the course you’ll build upon and develop practical making and research skills to explore current attitudes and phenomena in the context of contemporary art practice. Through lively debates, both in physical and digital communities, you’ll strengthen your ability to self‐evaluate, through reflective practice and cumulative progression.
