All Digital Humanities

Digital humanities are the practical application of computing to research in the social sciences. Graduates learn strong digital research skills, gathering, analyzing, and presenting information. This is a relatively young but fast-growing field. In Europe, digital humanities are normally presented as a master’s degree following either a humanities or computer science bachelor’s. Such a degree is highly interdisciplinary and includes training in coding, statistics, data science, and the basics of several social sciences.Digital humanities graduates tend to be curious about a variety of subjects, methodical in their work, and not afraid to think outside the box. While some prefer to focus on the social science aspect of things, at least a little familiarity with technology is required.
