Why should I study here?

From the school:Born from the alliance of two prestigious « Grandes Ecoles », Rouen Business School (1871) and Reims Management School (1928), NEOMA Business School is ranked among the best Management Schools in Europe and in the top 10 in France. Its mission is to: «Educate and accompany tomorrow’s managers and entrepreneurs capable of a responsible management and able to go beyond prevailing models ». The institution offers more than 20 programs in English and in French, such as some Bachelor-degree programs, notably, the BSc in International Business, the famous “Grande-Ecole” Master in Management, two MBAs, a PhD in Management along with highly selective Specialized Masters and Masters of Science. To choose to study business on one of our French campuses (Rouen in Normandy, Reims in the Champagne region, and Paris) is to benefit from real internal expertise: Leadership and Agility, Entrepreneurship, Personal and Professional Development. It is also to make sure you enter the job market without difficulty and that your career will develop rapidly. Our school invites you to enjoy a “made by NEOMA BS experience relying on powerful networks of graduates (over 45,000 worldwide), prestigious academic partners (300 in 75 countries), companies recognized by several rankings and studies (200 preferred partner companies), and innovative teaching styles from an international tenured faculty in a multicultural environment. NEOMA Business School is internationally recognized and triply-accredited: EQUIS, AACSB, AMBA.

What are the admissions criteria?

The admissions process starts with an assessment to make sure that the applicants meet the requirements. This is not straightforward for international students (except with an IB) and things like ACT/SAT or AP may be assessed.  The full application also includes a CV, motivation letter, and proof of English proficiency (if from a non-anglophone country or high school).  It ends with a 15-30 minute online/phone interview to discuss the applicant's interest and goals,  The rolling admissions period continues through June, and the applicants are generally notified shortly after the interview.

What is student life like?

Their school has student societies, social clubs, and student associations which connect students with sports, social events, art, business, philanthropy, and culture.

Scholarships & Funding

NEOMA offers merit based scholarships of up to 50% tuition waivers.

Housing options.

The Student Integration Office assists international students in finding rooms in student residences.  Prices are generally around 280 euros a month for a private room with a shared bathroom, 350 euros a month for a room with a private bathroom, and up to 450 for studio-type rooms with kitchenettes.  Housing in a shared apartment generally costs around 500 euros per month.  Students generally live in the city center which is about a 15-minute bus ride to NEOMA.

Dining information

Additional notes.

A few interesting notes I would like to share about this school:1. Of all the cities I have visited, I had the hardest time with the language barrier here (even just simple things like purchasing a train ticket and ordering a sandwich).2. Rouen is a beautiful city.  NEOMA is on the outskirts of town in a nondescript office park-type area.  Most students do live in the city center thought, which is a 15 minutes bus ride to NEOMA.3. NEOMA reports that 95% off their graduates find employment within 6 months of graduating and 30% start their career abroad.  They have 200 BS, corporate partners.
