Learn with an experiential learning approach and supervised action- research in Slow Food Terra Madre communities, combined with farm/garden activities, lectures and seminars on campus.To become a gastronome able to engage with the following elements of a food system: environment, smallholder and family farming, farmers and rural communities, food sovereignty, local and short food supply chains, cultural diversity and associated agrobiodiversity, healthy and high-quality food.

Admissions Requirements
Applicants need a bachelor’s degree with major in related field.Applicants from non-anglophone countries should provide proof of English proficiency.Application deadline for non EU students is July 5.
