The programme focuses on how tourism affects destinations and the consequences tourism have for societal development. The work with real life cases during the study prepares the students to leading positions in the tourism industry or further studies on Ph.D. level.You are studying at one of the most successful academic tourism milieus in the Nordic countries with extensive research and international collaborations. This adds to ensure an up to date education with a clear connection to the research community. The programme is given in English.

Admissions Requirements
Applicants need a bachelor's degree with a major in Tourism/ Geography/ Human Geography/ Regional Science/ Planning/ Hospitality/ Hotel and Restaurant Management/ Service Management/ Leisure/ Recreation/ Park Management or similar tourism-related subjects. Applicants from non-anglophone countries must provide proof of English proficiency. The application deadline for non EU students is January 15.
