The aim of the bachelor’s study program in the field of FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY IN GASTRONOMY is to prepare experts at the bachelor’s level for those sections of the food chain where food reaches the final consumer in the form of food and meals, in various types of facilities. At the same time, however, they are experts able to perceive the whole issue of food production according to the concept “from pitchfork to fork”.
Study reflects the need to ensure labor market university-educated professionals in the field of management, evaluation and quality control and food safety in catering facilities.

In case the capacity of the study program is not fulfilled by the first term, the dean may announce another submission of applications for study. Deadline for the second round of application submitting is August 15, 2023.
