Our aim is to provide young graduates with the necessary skills and specialist knowledge needed to excel in the hospitality industry, focusing on both hotel management and food and beverage management.Now, more than ever, there is a growing need for professionals working in the industry to possess digital skills as well as have the ability to physically communicate effectively. Therefore, it is our objective to provide students with the know-how on how to provide quality experiences that exceed guest expectations whilst promoting specific regional identities.Courses have been designed and developed with the help and support of industry leaders, associations, and professional bodies to guarantee the achievement of at least 50 CFU’s (but not exceeding 60) within the curricular for apprenticeship and internship activities. Classes are specifically designed for up to a maximum of 50 students at a time. There will always be adequate tutors on hand and involved throughout the entire training programme from industry-leading companies. At the end of the course, employment opportunities are expected to be at least 80% within one year of obtaining the qualification.
