Student Life
It is probably the student organization at the business school in Mikkeli. They offer events, parties, a student newspaper, clubs, an annual ball, and sports (golf, paintball, biking, and football which was described as a mix between field and ice hockey but with no rules). One time every module, students get together for an international meal-a popular event they call BaBa's kitchen.
Housing
Though the school does not guarantee housing, it is not as hard to find at Mikkeli as at the other campuses. Many students find housing via a student housing organization that operates in Mikkeli. The housing they offer includes single apartments and singles with shared facilities. Most of this housing is in the range of 250-450 euros per month.

Scholarship & Funding
Aalto offers fee-paying students a limited number of merit-based scholarships, which are awarded as 50% or 100% tuition waivers.
Notes
The Business program is the only program offered at the Mikkeli campus (the campus consists of one building). This makes for a small school feel in a large university and an international feel. Classes are held in intensive 3-week modules. Yes, that means that you learn the entire course in 3 weeks and have a test or project every week and a half or so. Professors from all over the world vie to teach modules at Aalto’s International Business program. That means you have a different professor every 3 weeks. Students take classes continually for the first 21 months (including one summer). The third year is spent abroad.
