The University of Gastronomic Sciences (UNISG) is a private university located in Pollenzo, Italy. It was founded in 2004 by the international non-profit association Slow Food in cooperation with the Italian regions of Piedmont and Emilia-Romagna. UNISG is the only university in the world dedicated to food culture and gastronomy.
UNISG offers a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in gastronomy, including:
